The room had an opening door which opened automaticly. Reception staff were quite lovely as well. The buffet featured great food with a very amazing breakfast choice. This hotel delivered a wonderful experiance.

I experienced a minor inconvenience with the parking system. Modern traffic management technology would be beneficial.

I was disappointed with the cold food at the Quizine restaurant. The supposedly hot food was not warm enough and seemed bland. It was like a waste of money to eat tasteless food there

The ocean view from my premier life oceanfront view king room was amazing (i could watch the ships). the room had great amenities like two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast had a great variety, especially the fresh fruit selection. i liked the infinity pool. Catching the sunset there was a treat.
the lighting in the parking area was a bit dim.
